《戰地風雲》負責人「Vince Zampella」因事故不幸辭世 曾引領《決勝時刻》《Apex英雄》等射擊名作品牌

《決勝時刻》開發商 Infinity Ward 的共同創辦人，同時也是 Electronic Arts 美商藝電旗下《戰地風雲》工作室負責人的 Vince Zampella 已不幸辭世，這對全球熱愛射擊遊戲的玩家來說是一件相當痛心的遺憾消息。

根據官方證實與多家外媒報導，Vince Zampella 於週日在洛杉磯發生一起車禍意外，享年 55 歲，據報車內另一名乘客也在事故中喪生。

《戰地風雲》官方發布訃告推文：「我們對 Vince Zampella 的離世深感悲痛。他是一位極具創造力的領導者，其作品影響了數代玩家，也重新定義了現代射擊與動作遊戲的可能性。」

Vince Zampella 是西方遊戲產業中最知名的製作人之一，早年擔任《榮譽勳章：反攻諾曼第》（Medal of Honor: Allied Assault）的首席設計師，2002 年，他與 Grant Collier、Jason West 共同創立 Infinity Ward 並打造出《決勝時刻》，該系列很快成為遊戲產業中最具影響力的射擊遊戲。

隨後，Vince 在 2010 年成立 Respawn 工作室，推出《泰坦降臨》系列、《Apex 英雄》與《星際大戰 絕地：組織殞落》等名作，最後成為《戰地風雲》工作室的負責人，也是《戰地風雲 6》發售獲得成功的關鍵領導人物之一。

在 Vince 逝世消息公布後，包含 Respawn 與 Infinity Ward 等多家工作室皆發布推文悼念。
